Youth + Tamariki

Our youth community offers spaces for young people to belong, explore faith, ask big questions, and grow in discipleship with Jesus. Alongside this we’re part of AYM (Anglican Youth Mission) Wellington; a wider whānau of youth groups who join together at key regional events.

YOUTH HANGS (HIGH SCHOOL AGE)

Come join us at the chapel 7pm - 9pm Thursday Evenings during term times. All college-age kids are welcome; come enjoy a great time with Bella, Ephraim, Taihana and the team.

FRIDAY WAFFLES! (Intermediate + High SChool Ages)

For all Intermediates and High-School ages - come enjoy super yum waffles before school! A bunch of your favourite Youth Leader folk (some in this photo) are weekly toasting up ‘deliciousness’ between 7:30am to 8:30am on Friday mornings during term time. Come down to the St Tom's Chapel and enjoy a mean feed to start your Friday!

Why Jesus? (High SChool AGE)

Why do people follow Jesus and how does it change their lives? With guests from among our wider church with super interesting stories about their journey with Jesus - this is always a super interesting and engaging time! This is a semi-regular event for High School folk. We meet on Sundays from 7pm starting with supper, followed by a 7:30pm start for the kōrero (chat), at the St Tom’s chapel.
